No crew? What's the story there…
I’m a little hung over this morning. My grandparents arrived from Ireland yesterday and are going to be staying with me for a week. Needless to say, much wine was consumed with dinner, followed by lashings of beer and Irish Knights (kind of like Baileys!).
It was great to see my grandparents again, but they (and I) were annoyed when they arrived in Denmark because their flight was 3 hours late. They were told when the arrived in Dublin Airport at 6am yesterday morning by Aer Lingus staff, that they would not be departing until around 10am because they had no crew for the flight!
No crew!! I mean, come on!! How can a national airline sell seats on a flight and then not have the crew to man it!! Words fails me… Those who know me, know I’d normally be very vocal about this. This morning, however, I’m not functioning correctly and am still to dumbfounded by the concept to expound on it…
Needless to say, bad form Aer Lingus.
