Finally – Meet-up and SOBCon08 Pics

So, as you know Fuelmyblog was in Chicago and we had a massive time at the Fuelmyblog meet-up in O’Callaghans last Thursday night.

The camera’s were out and pictures galore were snapped, both at the meet-up and at SOBCon.

Here’s a link to about 130 pictures in my gallery as well as higher resolution versions of the images on Flickr.

Finally, here’s a list of all the great people who attended that I had the distinct pleasure of meeting over the course of the weekend.

Keep an eye on this space as I’ll be posting videos and interviews from the event very soon :)

Oh before I forget, check out the SOBCon08 group on Flickr for more great pictures!

So glad to have met you. This was a fantastic weekend. Glad you feel the same.

Enjoyed getting in on the recording Q&A. Lots of fun.

Thanks to everyone that attended and put on this event!!!

  6. It was great to meet you at SOBCon08 — and true international experience to converse with you. After all, how often will you walk into a Chicago pub to find an Irishman speaking Danish to an American speaking Norwegian? :) Let’s do it again sometime!

  7. Chris Cree says:

Heya Paul, Thanks for making the trek to Chicago to spend some time with us. (Oh, and sorry about that calling you Kevin thing on camera. Dang sleep deprivation!)

  8. @Chris It was a pleasure to meet both you and your charming wife :)

BTW, I don’t mind being called “Kevin”, I’ve been called a hell of a lot worse in my time :) Although I would appreciate it if you didn’t make a habit of it ;)

  9. I envy the whole lot of you. Wish I could have been there.

  10. @DRT You’ll have to come to the next one. You’ve been commenting here for so long it would be a shame not to get to meet you :)
