Outlook 2010 (64-bit) Google Calendar Sync?

Google Outlook Calendar SyncI’ve decided to go completely Microsoft for a few weeks (or at least until I pull my hair out) by switching to IE9 as my default browser, using Outlook 2010 for my email, Live Messenger instead of Pidgin etc…

Alas, it looks my plan is doomed from the start because 7 months after Google Calendar Sync was updated to support Outlook 2010 it still doesn’t work with the 64-bit version.

I know it’s not Microsoft’s fault, so I’m not mad at them, but I do fear I’ll have to rethink my experiment as I can’t live without my calendars, some of which are shared with other people.

You guys know of any sync solutions that will work for the 64-bit version of Outlook 2010?

I have been waiting for many months for a release that would be compatible with Outlook 64 bit but they have never released it.Out of exasperation I asked a programmer to develop a software to do such a thing. It will be distributed freeware, donations will hopefully keep the project running
