Time Traveler?
An email announced this morning that I had unlocked the “Old School” badge on Mahalo.
I joined Mahalo back at the very begining and to be honest I rather promptly forgot about it and haven’t dedicated more than a handful of idle thoughts to it since then.
Curiosity may not have killed the cat but it may have caused a time paradox where Mahalo is concerned. I followed the link in the email which brought me to my profile page that informed me I’ve been a Mahalo member since June 1st of 2009 but that my last login was on January 31st of 2008.
Either something is screwy or Mahalo has confirmed that at some point in the future I will invent or obtain (I like the sound of “obtain”) a time machine and feel the need to go back and play on the internet of 2008.
Doctor Who - Confused? So am i!
I signed up to write for them, but could never figure out the whole process, so I never wrote anything. I think they finally dropped me because I never get emails from them anymore. Their system was way too weird. Check out a google doc, claim an article on the doc, and write it on some imaginary template that I never could find.
I think I wrote something for the once, when I originally signed up, but can’t be sure… My old brain has trouble remembering back that far.
